PG&E has proposed solar changes to the California Public Utilities Commission on a regular bases. As of now, the solar buy-back program is staying the same with Net Energy Metering 2.0. While the solar program is unchanged, PG&E’s bases energy rates are constantly increasing. Now more than ever is the right time to go solar.
